<p> COLLINSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL FRESHMAN VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT</p><p>October 17, 2015</p><p>TO: ALL TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS</p><p>FROM: Darin Lee, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR</p><p>We want to welcome you to Collinsville High School for the upcoming Freshmen Girls Invitational Volleyball Tournament. We have prepared this information sheet for your convenience. </p><p>Location: The Collinsville Tournament will be played in Fletcher Gymnasium and the connecting Auxiliary Gymnasium.</p><p>Admission: ALL DAY ADMISSION: Adults……….$5.00 Students……..$2.00</p><p>Team Admission: Fifteen players, two coaches, two managers, two scorekeepers</p><p>Length of Games: Pool Play - 2 out 3, (cap of 27), third to 15, cap 17 Brackets - 2 out 3 to 25 points (no cap)</p><p>Dressing Room: Please do not leave valuables unattended. Have girls bring locks for lockers if needed.</p><p>Entry Fee: Entry fee is $130.00, payable to Collinsville Unit #10</p><p>Teams Entered: Belleville West – Collinsville – Edwardsville - Freeburg Mascoutah – O’Fallon</p><p>We will divide into two pools of three teams each. 1st and 2nd place teams will cross over for semi final match (see brackets). The third place teams of both pools will play for fifth and sixth place.</p><p>Trophies: Trophies will be awarded to the top two teams</p><p>Scorekeepers: We are asking each team to provide a scorekeeper and a timer for The matches you play. The team acting as the home team will be the official scorer unless otherwise agreed. The team listed first will be considered the home team. Game Times: 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm.</p><p>Games may start early if possible. Please organize your time accordingly.</p><p>Warm-Up: First match 2-6-6 (minutes) after that preliminary warm-up can be done in upper west and north balconies. We will then have only 1-3-3 warm-up periods on the court.</p><p>Food: Concessions will be available in the gym.
