The following decision ware taken  Preparation of Dietary chart and crop calendar may be taken up especially for the vulnerable groups of the society. He requested Prof. V.K. Ramachandran, Member, SPB and Prof. Jeta Sankrityayana, Member, SPB for suggesting proper methodology for preparation of such calendars and taking the lead.  Linkages among the websites of concerned departments are to be made and the compatibility of the data given on the websites are also to be verified by Development and Planning Deptt.  Development & Planning Dept. as a coordinating Department should also monitor progress of NREGS; whether women folk are being provided jobs or not. Emphasis is to be given to the income generation activities of women as that would help in improving the nutritional, educational & health status of the family. Development and Planning Deptt. to co-ordinate with the District Magistrates and P&RD Deptt. to ensure that during lean seasons people are provided jobs under NREGS.  District Human Development Reports, where publisheds are to be utilised in preparation of District Plans and the line departments are also be made aware of findings of the DHDRs for guidance in preparation of their Plans.  All activities as shown during the presentation to continue so that their findings may make a policy impact.  The services of personnel working in GRC to be terminated in 31.12.07 as earmarked funds will be utilized.  Savings under “GRC head” will be used to prepare DHDRs for RSVY districts and to meet office expenditure of HDRCC.  The Gender Budgeting Manual of WCD Deptt., GoI to be used in the State for guidance.  To obtain the UNICEF protocols for local service delivery for use in preparation of DHDRS.</p><p>MIC, Dev. & Planning Deptt. & Chairman, Empowered Committee of SSPHD</p>
