Once states are members of the SSDC, they may also need SPAs for specific aspects of the SSDC’s operations or their operations under the SSDC.</p><p>Transition/Implementation and Operations</p><p>Assistance with any SSDC related State Plan Amendments (SPAs) will be the responsibility of the Contractor secured by this RFP beginning November 9, 2016 through the term of the Contract. All records will be transitioned to the selected Contractor by that date. </p><p>Requirements</p><p>A Bidder must:</p><p> Describe its experience and expertise in working with Medicaid State Plans.  Describe its experience and expertise in working with Medicaid State Plan Amendments (SPAs).  Describe its experience and expertise in working with Medicaid State Plans and SPAs related to the Medicaid pharmacy benefit and Medicaid rebates.</p><p>Bidder’s Response:</p><p>Page | 2</p>
