<p>Dear Wizard of Oz Parents,</p><p>We are thrilled that your child is participating in this year’s Cabaret. This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in an activity at MVMS. Our funding needs are great this year, so we are hoping that you will consider contributing in various ways. </p><p>WHAT DOES CABARET FUNDING PROVIDE?</p><p> Creative Team --- The Director, Musical Director, Choreographer, Production Coordinator, accompanists, Sound Engineer, and Lighting Designer are all professionals who will work directly with the performers from mid-November through early March.  Sound and Lighting Systems --- Cabaret is performed on the MVMS stage; however, in order to adequately mic and light the performers, it is necessary to rent the equipment.  Costume and Set Supplies</p><p>WHAT AND WHO FUNDS CABARET?</p><p>Kiddo! funds a portion of the show, but all other funding comes from the per student participation donation, ticket sales, bake sales, flower sales, and program advertising.</p><p>Please return this form to the MVMS Office BY Wednesday, January 17th. Thank you!</p><p>------</p><p>WAYS TO HELP FUND CABARET</p><p>Per student participation suggested donation: $100</p><p>Program advertisement options: Congratulate your child and support the MVMS Cabaret at the same time, by purchasing an ad in our performance program. The program ads are not only a greatly needed source of revenue for the Cabaret, but the kids love seeing these demonstrations of support from their parents or other family members. Also, please consider advertising your business to the audience attending the show. There are a few options:</p><p>· “Break-a-Leg” ad (B&W). A quick message to your performer (no photos). $20 · Quarter page ad (3.5” x 2” high res, B&W). May include photo and text. $50 · Half page ad (3.5” x 4.375” high res, B&W). Great for photos and text. $100 · Full page ad (4.375” x 7.25” high res, B&W). Maximum congratulations space for big pix and lots of text. $200</p><p>You can reserve your space now and send your ad in later. This way we know how to plan the space in the program. Get your ad space reserved today; send your photos and text ASAP. If designing your own ¼, ½, or full page ad, please, send as a HIGH RES (300dpi) pdf or jpg file that is correctly sized, with room for margins if possible.
