I am passionate about making a difference to those should vote for you clients we all try to help and believe that the ‘joined upness’ of provision is key: WBL, as one of their two Employment, Pre Employment. The key is to follow the customer journey and not the representatives on funding streams. the London Work Based Learning I am the Managing Director of Prevista, which is involved in skills, Neet, Employment Alliance Board, and and Enterprise provision and the joining up of these services. Prevista has offices in why you think you Sutton, Croydon, Southwark and Islington and operates across London. should represent wbl providers regionally. I am not unfamiliar with quality improvement- Prevista received a Grade 4 last year (the 1st in 20 years) and I have been on a personal journey with the company to get us back on track after that stumble. Prevista was awarded Grade 2 across the board 6 weeks ago. Going from a 4 to 2 in this space of time is unusual. I see this as a positive experience, it is all too easy to knock those who have stumbled- the key is what is then done to improve and what can be learned along the way.
