<p> Fullerton College KINDERCAMINATA 2013</p><p>Event Schedule Friday, April 26, 2013</p><p>7:15am Volunteer Check-in</p><p>7:30am – 8:45am Career Station Set-up Volunteer Orientation/Assignments and Walk Through</p><p>8:30-8:45am Move to the Bus Drop off Locations to Meeting the Schools and begin the Event.</p><p>9:00– 9:30am Arrival of buses to Fullerton College</p><p>• Assigned Tour Guides (volunteers) will greet and assist with unloading the buses.</p><p>• Tours will depart from the unloading area: • ACSD = Chapman Ave.; FSD = Lemon St.; LHCSD = north of 1400 building (see map) • If Classes bring lunches; They need to be clearly labeled: District/School/Teacher • Water will be available on the Quad (NW) • Bathrooms are located in the buildings around the Quad and will have signs.</p><p>• The Tour Guides will assist you throughout your morning to make it the best possible experience for your class.</p><p>9:00am – 11:00am Career Stations will be open • Check the Career Station Map. • There will be Career Stations in the 100, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 900, 1000, & 1200 Bldgs. • The remainder of the Career Stations will be on the Campus Quad & the Aquatics Pool. • The Tour Guides will help the Kindergarten Classes find Career Stations that are OPEN! • Keep the waiting at a minimum, • Several Career Stations have longer activities that require more than the 10 min. Those stations also allow more than one classroom per session.</p><p>11:00am-11:15am Music Transition to Gathering • Campus musicians will bring everyone to the north end of the Quad for the Welcome and gathering. • Tour Guides will bring classes to the north end of the Quad • Musicians will entertain during this time. • Classes can sit on the grass and enjoy the entertainment, the welcome, as well as eat their snack if they haven’t stopped at the snack pick-up earlier. If schools are leaving prior to 11:30 - Please do not sit in front.</p><p>11:15am-11:30am Welcome and Gathering • Welcome • Acknowledging all Districts, Sponsors, and Individual Schools • ¡Se, se Puede!</p><p>11:30am – 12:00noon: Buses will arrive for pick-up • There will be a way for teachers to know when their buses are arriving at the loading area. • Volunteers will assist teachers who have late pick-ups</p><p>12:00 noon: Volunteers need to clean the campus from the Event!</p>
