<p>THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILLIPS WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON, FEBRUARY 10, 2004 AT 4:00 PM, COUNCIL ROOM, 174 SOUTH EYDER AVENUE, MUNICIPAL CENTER, PHILLIPS, WISCONSIN.</p><p>MAYOR JOSEPH S. BOHO MEMBER ELVIS PRESLEY MEMBER PATTI WENZEL MEMBER JEFFREY FAHL MEMBER LINDA JOHNSON MEMBER TED KEMPKES MEMBER MARY SATTERWHITE ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY DAVID DEDA</p><p>FOLLOWING THE OPEN SESSION OF THE MEETING, COUNCIL MEMBERS WILL CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION. APPROVAL OF SIDE AGREENEMT WITH THE PHILLIPS PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 231, ON WORK SCHEDULES AND PAYRATES.</p><p>2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ARBITRATION AWARD, DATED JANUARY 28, 2004, RELATED TO 8 ½ HOUR SHIFTS FOR PART TIME POLICE OFFICERS. CASE 6 NO. 62203 MA-12197.</p><p>3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ARBITRATION AWARD, DATED JANUARY 29, 2004, GRIEVANCE OF KEVIN ROSE, PART TIME PAY RATE FOR FULL TIME WORK, JULY 1, 2002 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2002. CASE 7 NO. 62204 MA-12198.</p><p>ADJOURNMENT. COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS</p><p>Of the Common Council of the City of Phillips at a special meeting held in the council room on February 10, 2004. Mayor Boho called the meeting to order at 4:15 PM. Council members present as listed below. 1st Aldermanic District Ted Kempkes and Mary Satterwhite 2nd Aldermanic District Patti Wenzel and Linda Johnson 3rd Aldermanic District Elvis Presley and Jeff Fahl Assistant City Attorney David B. Deda Clerk-Treasurer Lee V. Lamoreaux Others present: Assistant Police Chief Lobermeier. Motion by Mr. Presley, seconded by Mrs. Wenzel to convene into closed session. Authority: Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e). Alderpersons voting aye: Mr. Presley, Mr. Fahl, Mrs. Wenzel, Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Kempkes, and Mrs. Satterwhite. Alderpersons voting nay: None. Carried. Motion by Mrs. Wenzel, seconded by Mr. Presley to reconvene into open session. Authority: Wisconsin state Statute19.85 (2). Alderpersons voting aye: Mr. Presley, Mr. Fahl, Mrs. Wenzel, Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Kempkes, and Mrs. Satterwhite. Alderpersons voting nay: None. Carried. Reconvened at 7:14 PM. Motion by Mr. Presley, seconded by Mrs. Johnson acknowledging the following arbitration awards: Case 6 No. 62203 MA-12l97, dated January 28, 2004, related to 81/2-hour shifts for part time police officers. Case 7 No. 62204 MA-12l98, dated January 29, 2004, grievance of Kevin Rose, part time pay rate for full time work. Alderpersons voting aye: Mrs. Satterwhite, Mr. Kempkes, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Wenzel, Mr. Fahl, and Mr. Presley, Alderpersons voting nay: None.
