Ancient voices. Coming from deep within - within yourself; within the Earth - each one whispering softly, gently to the other, reaching outward to meet, to connect, to be recognized for the possibilities it holds. One merging with the other in creation. The creation of a space to give in, to give over and to soothe. Join us as we explore one such place of possibility. Using heated stones, The Bones of the Earth™, we will listen carefully, learning to move to a deeper rhythm. With the stones in hand, we will follow the whispers and allow the merging of our hearts, through the relationship of our hands, the stones and the body of another.</p><p>Instructor: Chris Sherwood is a 1991 graduate of the Scherer Institute. She has practiced bodywork since then in Taos, NM. Chris has been working with stones since 1993, and has been teaching Bones of the Earth™ since 1997. Chris comes with a great variety of experience, from working in chiropractic offices to exploring a much more intuitive approach in bodywork. Her work is known nationally and she teaches in various places from coast to coast.</p><p>*The stones will be gifted to you. You will need to bring two large towels, a large spoon and a crockpot.</p>
