<p>Meeting March 9, 2015 Piedmont High School</p><p>1. Treasurer report was distributed A. B. C. D. Don’t forget you can check Charms on the website for any outstanding fees you owe.</p><p>2. Hospitality – Band Banquet A. Will need lots of volunteers, except parents of seniors B. Email Lynn Kreiling at [email protected] if you can volunteer</p><p>3. Board Members A. New President is Cyndi Botkin B. New Vice President is Tanya Stancil. C. New Treasurer is Amanda Hiott who resigned her position as Secretary to take this position. D. New Secretary is Monica Eubanks E. Pit Crew Chairman is Dean Kite F. Transportation/Chaperones Chairperson is Tanya Hinson</p><p>4. Fundraising A. Charlotte Motor Speedway approached us about working their races in May. B. The Boosters decided not to do it this year due to the decrease in the amount of money we get when compared to what we spend to get there.</p><p>5. Transportation A. The boosters decided to hold off on buying a trailer this year and making do with what we have now. B. This decision was made since we are getting new uniforms.</p><p>6. Unionville Town Council A. The town council voted to give us $3,000.00 to use toward our uniforms. B. The council also suggested we try Fairview town council. We will be getting more information on that. 7. Band Uniforms</p><p>A. We decided to move forward with purchasing our uniforms due to the success of our Krispy Kreme fundraiser. B. We voted on Stock Pants and Jackets. The total price would be $31,653.00. C. We will look at purchasing hats and gauntlets next year. </p><p>8. Band T-shirts for next Marching Season</p><p>A. It was decided that this year we would take orders for the adult T- shirts prior to ordering so that those who want a shirt can get one and we will have the right sizes. B. Jennifer Rushing will handle the orders and send out order forms by the end of the year.</p><p>9. Next year’s Budget</p><p>A. Mr. Lukac presented the budget for next year and it was approved. B.
