This reserves our services on your date.  We understand that unusual circumstances sometimes interfere with promptness; however, in order to maintain the very best food quality, the meal must be served within 30 minutes of the specified serving time.  Food will be served for @60 minutes for Buffet Meals  2 hours for Appetizer Events.  This contract price is based on a maximum 2-hour reception/event, which begins when the first guests arrive. If additional service is required beyond 2 hours, a $100 per hour fee will be applied.  The price per person is based on the guaranteed minimum number of guests listed on the contract. If the guest number exceeds this amount, a 14-day notice is required.  The menu and guest count for your event should be confirmed and finalized fourteen business days prior to your event.  The expected total balance is to be paid in full by cash, cashier’s check, credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, 4% Charged Applies), or approved check 7 business days prior to your event. Additional charges may apply at the conclusion of your event (Ex. labor, rentals, additional attendees, etc.), if applicable. </p>
