A one-way trip from the Airport to the assigned hotels cost approximately Bds$40 or US$20.</p><p>CONFERENCE FACILITIES</p><p>The meeting will be held in the Needham’s Ballroom on the Ground Floor of the Hilton Barbados Hotel. Garrison Rooms 1 and 2 are the designated rooms for caucus/committee and bilateral meetings. A Business Centre will be housed in the Conference Secretariat. </p><p>Both wireless and wired internet access will be available in the conference venue. International calls may be made from phones located on the ground floor of the hotel.</p><p>GENERAL SERVICES</p><p>Meals The Hilton Barbados serves a daily buffet lunch at a cost of Bds$75 in the Lighthouse Restaurant. Lighter meals, such as hamburgers, may be obtained at the Water’s Edge beach bar. </p><p>Banking A branch of the Royal Bank of Canada is located approximately 2 kilometres from the Hilton Barbados, about half a kilometre from the Savannah Hotel and one kilometre from the Accra Hotel. There is an ATM in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel. </p><p>2 Travel Agency + Other Services A travel agency is situated at Hastings Plaza, about 200 metres beyond the bank. A branch of the Post Office is located about 1 kilometre from the conference venue.</p><p>Currency The official currency of Barbados is the Barbados Dollar which has an exchange rate of Bds. $1.00 = US$0.50 cents.</p><p>Climate The island enjoys a tropical climate with average maximum temperatures of 89°F (32°C). </p><p>Electricity The domestic and commercial supply voltage is 115/230 volts, 50 cycles. </p><p>Dress Code Business Casual</p><p>IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS</p><p>For entry into Barbados delegates and participants must hold a valid passport and the corresponding immigration documents.
