Would you please be so kind as to simply reply with any & all of the following numbers that apply to you? 1) I'm glad you texted...I need products! 2) I would love to get together to try new products &/or update my look 3) I don't need any products right now & am not interested in trying new ones at this time, but please leave me on your customer list 4) Please remove me from your customer list Thank you!! ? �</p><p>If they respond with 3: Sure! Thank you for your support in my business Kim. Hope all is well. ?� Would you mind sending me your address & email so I can make sure your customer file is correct & updated? Thanks! </p><p>If they respond with 1 or 2: I would first either ask what they needed or some would already tell me & I would say sure I have that OR I would move into booking an appt with them...then I would use the above script for responding with a 3 but take out hope all is well cause we've already been chatting back & forth at this point & I've probably already asked how they've been. </p><p>If they respond with 4: Sure. Thank you for replying. Have a good day! (I then delete them out of intouch, email, & my phone) </p><p>The next day if they haven't responded at all: </p><p>Hi Anna! It's Amanda with Mary Kay. I texted yesterday about updating my customer list & I hadn't heard back so I was just checking in. I know life gets super busy! I don't want to bug you if you'd rather be removed from my customer list, but I would also hate to see you go. FYI...all staying on the list really means is that you get an email from me when I'm running a sale & a special deal anytime you order. If I don't hear back from you by tomorrow night I will assume you would rather be removed though. Thanks. ? �</p><p>Hope those help! Feel free to change if you want to reword something...they've been working really well. Obv I'm still getting people who aren't responding & I'm getting some 4s, but I don't care because then I can just remove all those people & start over with a clean slate & customers who want to stay loyal to me! ?� ? � ? � ? � Oh & I did find that some people's numbers had changed (or I just had wrong numbers to begin with) so I basically just emailed the first script with a couple minor changes! </p><p>I made a list of everyone who responded with 1,2, or 3 & then once they sent me their info I immediately put them in inTouch or made sure their info was updated in intouch, added them as a contact in my email (& I made a group called MK customers to add them to), & made sure they were saved as a contact in my phone (I put MK Customer in parentheses behind everyone's name in my phone also so I could easily send a group text if I wanted to). Once that was all done I put a big check mark by their name so if someone doesn't have a check mark I know I either haven't updated their info yet or they haven't sent it yet.
