Accounts not paid by June 15, 2009 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and 1.5% per month interest. Accounts not paid after 90 days will be subject to further collection action and fees. Payments can also be made on our website: www.NewportHOA.com</p><p>If your account is on the automatic credit card payment option, your credit card will be charged for the balance due in June, 2009. We are not responsible for credit card payments not processed by your bank, nor if your credit card has expired. You must advise us of the new expiration date in time for processing the payment. If your credit card statement does not reflect a charge by July 1, 2009, please contact this office immediately. You may discuss the credit card option by contacting us at (305) 940-9933. To send funds by Western Union, our company name is ATLANTIC RESORTS and our company code is WESTGATECONDOS, FL.</p><p>PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR WEEK IF YOU INTEND TO USE YOUR TIME SHARE UNIT, OR AT LEAST 60 DAYS IF YOU INTEND TO EXCHANGE IT WITH INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL.</p><p>All requests for confirmation of your reservation or to exchange your week must be done with the Homeowners Association after all fees have been paid. You can deposit your week with Interval International or make a reservation at Newport Miami Beach only when all your fees are paid in full. If you wish to use another week other than the week you own, you must advise the Homeowners Association as soon as possible in order to do an Internal Exchange. Please remember that you must confirm and make a reservation for the week you wish to use at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the week that appears on your contract. For the convenience of our owners, you may now e-mail us at [email protected].
