<p> CHECKLIST FOR THE TYPED COMPACT PAPER</p><p>1. The title should be 14 pt. bold, all capitals, and centered on the page. 2. The authors name should be in 12 pt. bold, all authors name should be on the same line, separated by comma; first name, middle initial, and last names should be given; the authors names line should be centered on the page. 3. The addresses should be given next in 12 pt. bold, again centered on the page. 4. The top, bottom, right and left margins must be always 1.25 in (32 mm), typing space must be always 6 in.(152mm) x 8.5 in (216 mm) for a 8.5 (216 mm) x 11 inch (279 mm) paper space. 5. All main headings ( ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, PROCEDURES ETC) should be 12 pt. bold, all capitals. The typing must start on the same line after subheading. 6. The main heading REFERENCES must be 12 pt. bold, all capital. The references should be listed starting the next line. The second line of a reference must be indented two spaces. 7. The figures must be good quality, must not extend in the margins and all lettering inside the figures including all labeling of axes must be large enough to be readable at 100% view (no smaller than 10 pt. font). Colored figures are encouraged. 8. The compact paper must be three pages. 9. Kindly read the typing instructions and go through this check list two times before e-mailing the compact paper. A compact paper which is not typed strictly per typing instructions will not be included in the proceedings; you will not receive any feed back if you did not follow the instructions. 10. Second line of references must be indented 2 spaces only. The heading should be REFERENCES and not REFERENCE unless only one reference is listed in the section. 11. Kindly do not put the name of the conference anywhere on the compact paper.</p><p>12. The text should be right and left justified, i.e. perfectly lined-up with left and right margin.</p><p>13. Attach a WORD file (a PDF file only if you do not have access to WORD) to an E-mail to [email protected] AND [email protected]. If your compact paper is received then you will no longer receive reminders (an indication that your paper has been received; a reminder will be sent otherwise within 15 days after the deadline). </p>
