<p> DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY US ARMY CADET COMMAND (ROTC) JUNIOR PROGRAM MACARTHUR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 4400 EAST GORE BOULEVARD LAWTON, OKLAHOMA 73501-6298</p><p>ATOD-JLP-MA </p><p>MEMORANDUM FOR Parents/Guardians</p><p>SUBJECT: JROTC Field Trip to Grand Prairie, TX</p><p>The JROTC Drill Teams, PT Teams, Academic Team and Color Guards, will travel via Lawton Public School bus to Grand Prairie to participate in the Grand Prairie Invitational Drill Meet. Cadets need to arrive at the MHS JROTC Building no later than 5:15am on 5 Dec 15. We will return at approximately 11:30pm. Students will call approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at school so that cadets can be promptly picked up upon returning to the school. Please be prompt in picking up your student after they notify you of our approximate, more accurate, return time. Not picking up your student in a timely manner may possibly prevent your student from participating in some future events. </p><p>The only recommendation for students is to bring enough money for their meals, snacks, etc. We will provide a light snack for the students. We are looking forward to this competition and hope to learn from it as well as bring back some trophies for MacArthur High School JROTC Program. We wish to thank you for your cooperation and support in helping make this trip rewarding for our students. The meet will be conducted at South Grand Prairie High School, 301W. Warrior Trail, Grand Prairie, TX, and you are more than welcomed to come support your student and our Highlander teams. Maps can be printed from the calendar on MacArthur JROTC website below.
