<p> THE LINDSAY REBEKAH HAUN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND</p><p>PURPOSE: To provide scholarship assistance to academically prepared graduating seniors of Princeton Senior High School who plan to major in Education and who were actively involved in performing arts organizations while in high school.</p><p>ELIGIBILITY: Academic excellence and a graduate of Princeton Senior High School.</p><p>CRITERIA: The following criteria will be used as the basis for the scholarship awards:</p><p>1. Academic Excellence of a 3.0 GPA and higher</p><p>2. Involved in the performing arts during high school</p><p>3. Education Major</p><p>4. Interview process</p><p>SELECTION PROCEDURE: Recipients will be selected by the Scholarship Advisory Committee with final approval from the Board of Directors of the Foundation. If there are no qualified applicants, no awards will be made that year.</p><p>APPLICATION PROCEDURE: To apply for a scholarship from this fund, applicants must:</p><p>Complete an application packet by the deadline set by the Foundation. This packet will include:</p><p>1. An application form</p><p>2. Two letters of recommendation</p><p>3. An official high school transcript with SAT or ACT scores</p><p>4. Any other information deemed necessary by the Scholarship Committee. Including an interview by the Advisory Committee </p><p>AWARDS: The scholarship(s) will be for up to the earnings of the Fund or any additional that is contributed for such purpose as recommended by the donor. </p><p>LIMITATIONS: Scholarship funds may be used only for tuition, fees, or books. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the college or university and in behalf of the recipient. </p><p>Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, sex, religion, age, or national origin.</p>
