Welcome New Members: none, vacancy will be offered to John Clarke</p><p>Guests: none</p><p>Total members confirmed as: 18</p><p>Post meeting note – Pete Balmforth emailed before the meeting to say that due to work commitments it was his intention to resign from the Council. As a result if this Lillian McMinn has been offered his place and has accepted</p><p>2. Action . Points 3. Treasurers . Current balance £2492, everything banked and paid, Report Legends Night made £2851. CH has an additional £50 from sale of programmes. Invoice for POTY awards to come.</p><p>4. Disabled . Aviva have notified the St Mirren Supporters Trust Supporters that they have not been selected as a finalist. AW Update will go back to them for feedback on the reasons. Agreed that profits from the next lottery will go AW towards funding this. AW will also go back to Aviva with a proposal to fund something with sponsorship opportunity. . Other ideas have been suggested and are being costed . Current UEFA standards mean that club do not meet gold award as it requires 10 raised disabled seats for each stand. A grant may be available to help fund this work. BC to take forward BC</p><p>5. New . Positive response from club, IH supportive. Board Supporters will back funding for development, with conditions. Club Upfront joining fee (Founding Members fee, with benefits) £60 for adults, £30 for kids, and £10 discount for season ticket holders. Followed by monthly membership fee paid monthly once club open. Monthly membership – 90% to club, 10% to Fans Council. Capacity is 300. Part of membership is 50% discount on booking area for functions. . Discussed issues about asking fans for more money again, it is felt that this is something that the fans have been asking for, no one is forcing anyone to take membership. . Also discussed opening to all fans not just season ticket holders. This may be seen as elitist. A vote was taken and it was agreed that it would be open to all fans from the start. Season ticket holders without an email address will get a letter. . AW/BC will coordinate the launch AW/BC 6. Golf Day . No date agreed yet, EC will enquire about an alternative date. Will confirm date when fixtures are released. – 2/9 or 7/9 suggested. . With IW leaving, BD will take his place on sub committee AW will also join in place of MC 7. Scratch . AMil provided paper covering plans and costs for Cards and cards. Prizes are instant reward and possible profit other ideas would be around £2000. Agreed. AMil/RC/SMil to AMil/RC/SMil form sub-committee. . Suggested that we have a regular Council representative at one stand each match. JA to take JA forward</p><p>8. Club . Signings are ongoing, targets have been identified. Update . We will be hosting 3 pre-season games for Celtic against European teams. Celtic Park is not available for these matches. . Pre-season – IM has identified dates for Scotland games, 7/7/15 – Forfar away and 11/7/15 is Stranraer. 14/7/15 will be bounce game at Ralston against Oldham. 18/7/15 will be home game against English side. 25/7/15 is Petrofac Cup. Playing Sheffield Wed at Hillsborough on 1/8/15. . Season tickets have been phenomenal – 2051 sold up to tonight. . Carpark – discussing possibility for carpark being airport carpark with commission to club. . Release date for strips – photos to be released mid June, strips are on ship from Far East, should be in JD head office by end of June and in shops as soon as possible. . Home kit will be available start of July, away kit at end of July. . Tommo will speak to IH when he is back from holiday. . Will West stand be used for away fans? Yes, will save money.</p><p>9. Jacks . JP asked that the paper be returned to the table to Paper look at ideas to be visibly linked to the supporters. Discussed possibility of painting stripes on back of stands, CH has contacts who may be able to help, they supply paint and work for free advertising. . GR suggested that we look again at a graffiti/mural AGENDA wall. Will bring this back to another meeting. . BC suggested that we also look at the internal areas under the stands. . Agreed that JP/CH would take forward getting one JP/CH stand painted with stripes. . BC updated that Ian Murray and his team have agreed to paint the internals of the training ground. It was suggested that this be opened up to the supporters to help. BC to confirm date.</p><p>10. Meet the . Two parts – inviting IM to attend council meeting, Manager second to arrange open evening for fans. Meeting . Agreed that IM to attend next meeting and have open evening on 7/7/15.</p><p>11. AOB . Acts of Random Kindness – agreed that this would be great idea. Agreed that Council would send birthday cards on behalf of club to season ticket holders under 12. . Banner – AW arranged for banner to be displayed at last match of season (Hamilton). Tommo has been in touch and thanked us for doing it. . AW was invited to go on selection panel for new manager. It was impressive to see the passion from the board. . B&W Army – someone has a Wish on the Wish Tree at Erskine to attend a match at St Mirren – Agreed to organise – AMu to take forward . Photographs – at next meeting we will be taking photographs for website at next meeting, please come early to make this easier. . Meeting dates – discussed these over the holidays but agreed to leave them as they are.</p><p>Next Meeting Thursday 2 July 2015</p>
