<p>January 17, 2014</p><p>Dear Valued VVG Associate; We will be embarking on Open Enrollment very soon, and we at Velocity Vehicle Group will be excited to announce some new changes to continue enhancing our work environment of health and wellness. In preparation for Open Enrollment, we are aware that some of our associates may have forgotten their user name and password for our PayChex/Benetrac Online Enrollment system www.mypaychex.com.</p><p>If you have forgotten your user name and password, please contact Customer Service for Paychex/Benetrac at 877-281-6624 press option 1 then option 5. They will ask you for your company code which is: LATC - 0480 4523 LATS - 0480 4522 Select - 0480 4526 VTRL- 0480 4525 PTT- 0480 4962 Crossroads- 0480 5106 TransWest- 0480 7739 Buswest- 0480 7774 TransWest LV- 0480 8311</p><p>If you do not know what company code to use please see your pay stub or ask local Admin person. Then they will ask you your Name and Social Security number for confirmation purposes. They will provide you with your user name, and then reset your password. </p><p>If you know your user name but forgot your password, type in your user name and confirm the security image is correct. Then click on the “forgot password” link, follow the instructions and answer the security questions to reset your password. Open Enrollment will be held from February 3, 2014 through February 28, 2014. This is the one time each year when you have the opportunity to make changes to your enrollment elections for your insurance coverage (i.e. elect coverage as a new participant, add or delete dependents, change plans, or cancel coverage) without a qualifying event.
