Call to Order Ana Alvarez called to order the meeting of the Parent School Compact Committee at 2:15 p.m. on May 23, 2014 in the Eiland Elementary School Parent Center.</p><p>II. Roll Call Ana Alvarez conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Parents: Karla Arevalo, Laura Sanchez, Melissa Greene. Teachers: Judith Wyble, Maria Cobio, Marie Mary Ellen Petrie. Students: Patricia Lazo, David Gamboa, Jesus Garcia, Jennifer Sierra. Administrator: Mr. Greg Jones</p><p>III. Open issues a) Introduction & The Law / What is a Parent School Compact b) Who will develop / evaluate the Compact c) Discussed & Reviewed our current Parent-School Compact d) Reviewed required components of the Parent School Compacts. e) Questions, Answers, & Comments</p><p>IV. New business a. Showed samples of other schools’ Parent School Compacts b. Gave parents & staff a packet with items discussed: Eiland’s Current Parent-School Compact, McDougle Parent School Compacts to use as samples when they are reviewing and revising the Eiland Parent School Compact. c.
