Shannon Black, WECC staff, called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2017. A quorum is not required. A list of attendees is attached as Exhibit A. Mr. W. Shannon Black reviewed the WECC Antitrust Policy. </p><p>2. Approve Agenda</p><p>The drafting team meeting agenda was approved by consensus. </p><p>3. Review Minutes</p><p>The minutes from the previous meeting were approved on a standing motion from the drafting team chair. </p><p>4. Review of Previous Action Items</p><p> None</p><p>5. Drafting </p><p>The drafting team considered all comments received in Posting 3 adopting changes to requirement R1 suggested by AZPS. Requirement R1 will be reworded as follows. Changes are underlined. </p><p>R1.
