<p> LENAPE VALLEY FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING November 14, 2013 Meeting Minutes</p><p>Meeting called to order by President Dalesandro at 8:10pm.</p><p>Pledge of Allegiance</p><p>Roll Call of the Board Present: Kim Albensi, JW Albensi, Len Bicher, Marybeth Hall, George Spada, Dave Kraus and Bernadette Dalesandro Absent: Jim Blesson, Greg Cooper, Dan Galvin</p><p>Review and Acceptance of the Minutes for October 9, 2013. Motion to accept by JW Albensi seconded by George Spada.</p><p>Treasurers Report:</p><p>Current balance is $28,512.86 (per Kevin Moros) Competition Cheer balance (per Michele Stasse) $2,249.27 Resolution to accept the Treasures report was made by George Spada and seconded by Dave Kraus.</p><p>Roll Call of the Board to accept the treasurer’s report Yay: Kim Albensi, JW Albensi, Len Bicher, Marybeth Hall, George Spada, Dave Kraus and Bernadette Dalesandro Nay: None Absent: Jim Blesson, Greg Cooper, Dan Galvin</p><p>Presidents Report:</p><p>1. Flag banquet went well – Thank you to Cathy Arnott 2. Paid ~$5.07 per child</p><p>Football Report: (JW Albensi)</p><p>1. Equipment hand-ins complete 2. MCYFL Dinner 3. Coach ejection – LVF&C to be reimbursed by the coach (Marybeth Hall to collect)</p><p>Cheer Report: (Kim Albensi)</p><p>1. Reimburse Bonnie Macaluso $35.00 2. Competition cheer needs to pay bill $3,340.50 3. Field Cheer reimbursements (for incorrect apparel)  Ann Marie Kraemer $20.00 – cheer bag  Brianne Guiliano $34.00 – warm up pants 4. Recommend we use another vendor next year</p><p>Banquet Committee:</p><p>1. November 20th – Pee Wee, JV, Varsity – Ricky Rice award to presented by Pee Wee coach John Miller 2. November 21st – Pre-Clinic, Clinic, Super PW 3.</p><p>Ways and Means Committee: (Len Bicher) 1. Snack stand needs to be cleaned out 2. Keys need to be returned to Bob Nunn – who will turn in to Janet Meisner</p><p>Equipment Report: (George Spada) 1. NNB</p><p>Bylaw Committee Report: 1. President may appoint with board approval 2. Football regulated by MCYFL 3.
