Biography: Jesse Boultinghouse

<p> 1.Jesse K. Boultinghouse Waste Permits Division Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)</p><p>Background Jesse is a Program Specialist with the Waste Permits Division of the TCEQ. He has been with the TCEQ and its predecessor agencies since August 1980. Jesse has both a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a Master's degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin. </p><p>Responsibilities Among Jesse’s significant job responsibilities are reviewing the classification of industrial wastes, providing information and guidance to both the regulated community and TCEQ staff concerning the interpretation and application of TCEQ and EPA rules and regulations, reviewing and evaluating applications for variances from the definition of a solid waste, and assisting in the evaluation of claims that certain wastes are exempt from Subchapter J fees. </p><p>Contact Information Telephone: (512) 239-6865</p><p>E-mail: [email protected]. gov</p><p>Fax: (512) 239-6383.</p>
