The dates for the tutorial sessions are as follows: February 2, 4, 6, 11, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25; March 1, 3, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 22, 24, 26, 31; April 5, 7, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 26, 28, and 30. The EOC Tutorial Program is designed to give extra help and support to students enrolled in EOC courses – Coordinate Algebra, Analytical Geometry, Ninth Grade Literature Composition, American Literature, United States History, Economics, Physical Science, or Biology. On Tuesdays we will ONLY offer tutorial sessions for Biology, Physical Science, Literature Composition 9, and American Literature. On Thursdays we will ONLY offer tutorials in Coordinate Algebra, Analytic Geometry, US History, and Economics. ALL subjects will be offered on Saturdays. Our goal is to review the domains that the data shows our students have struggled in and to help them meet or exceed standards in order to perform at grade level and successfully pass the course. </p><p>Please assist us by ensuring that your child attends tutorial on the above mentioned dates from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays the tutorial sessions will begin at 8:30 and end at 11:30. The meeting rooms will be posted. We realize that Tuesdays and Thursdays will be long days for your child; therefore, if you would like to send a snack, please do so; however, snacks will be provided.</p><p>Transportation will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your child will receive a pass to ride the bus. Bus transportation will not be provided. </p><p>There is no cost for this program and space is limited. If you are interested, please sign and date the bottom part of this letter and complete the information on the back. Your child may return this letter to the Counseling Center. The program will begin on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, so please return the forms by Wednesday, January 27, 2016.</p><p> o I am interested in having my child participate in the EOC Tutorial Program at Miller Grove High School and I agree to comply with the guidelines set forth by Miller Grove High School and the Student Code of Conduct.</p><p> o I am not interested in having my child participate in the EOC Tutorial Program.
