JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>JOB TITLE: IT & SAP Developer DATE: November 1st, 2016 LOCATION: Orangeburg, NY REPORTS TO: Director – Business Processes & Material Management</p><p>GENERAL PURPOSE</p><p>Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications - SAP. Designs new modules to improve system efficiency. Provides user and development support for Daikin America CRM system. This position will be located in Orangeburg, NY. </p><p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead / support development projects related to Daikin Americas ERP and CRM systems. 2. Assist with identification and definition of SAP application interfaces, enhancements, and conversions. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. 3. Support company with CRM system user related support and development efforts 4. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and CRM related matters 5. Where applicable, coordinate with other regions (Japan, China, and Europe) with development projects. 6. Additional assignments as deemed necessary</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><p>* Technical proficiency of SAP development methodologies * Minimum (5) five years direct experience developing, supporting, and maintaining SAP R3 applications with major focus in the following areas: * ABAP Work Bench and Objects * Desired: SAP NetWeaver ABAP development certification * Desired: Prior hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP * Ability to analyze As Is and To Be business processes and identify fit/gap for business requirements against SAP system functionality. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, team environment with an ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks.</p><p>Education/Experience Required: * College degree in computer science or business administration with a computer science concentration. 05be7b5dd9fde348e4194c0df37e1a0c.doc Rev: 0 Page 3 of 3</p><p>* ABAP Work Bench (Editor, DDIC, Menu Painter, Packages, Class and Function Builder) * ABAP Objects (Classes, Interfaces, Inheritance, Casting, Events, Exception Handling) * Database Systems and Tables * Smart Forms, Zebra Printers, Barcodes, Text * SAP Query and SQVI (Logical Databases) * Transport / Migration * Authorization Concepts / Security * Workflow/EDI/IDOC * Others, as technologies change and evolve </p><p>TRAINING PLAN 1.
