<p> STUDENT ACTION CHECKLIST:</p><p> I have responded to Course Chief verifying receipt of this Welcome Aboard Letter.  I have a valid GTCC and it has been activated.  If I do not qualify for the GTCC, I have requested and received advance per diem.  I have in my possession all items listed in the “students must check in with” section.  I have all required uniform items listed.  My EAS is at a minimum 2 years beyond the graduation date of the course I am attending. (If not, you must execute an extension or reenlistment prior to detaching from your parent command.)  I have all supplies listed in the supply section.  I have received my “TD” Fitrep.  I am currently within height & weight standards.  My Career Planner screening checklist has been recertified within 30 days of reporting to school.  I have the school’s phone numbers in my possession.  I have a valid ID card in my possession and I know my PIN number.  I have verified that I have an active Total Force Retention System (TFRS) account and appropriate permissions.  I have performed the required steps necessary to obtain access to 3270 through the MIAP portal.
