<p> OSAGE BEACH FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT </p><p>MEETING MINUTES </p><p>January 18, 2011 </p><p>Present: Director Tony Cicerelli, Director Richard Martin, Fire Chief Jeff Dorhauer, Deputy Chief Terry Paul, Fire Marshal Ed Nicholson, Engineer Mike Oakes, Firefighter Brad Smith, Firefighter Nate Coppock </p><p>Director Cicerelli called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.</p><p>Public Comment:</p><p>There was no public comment. </p><p>Old Business:</p><p>There was no Old Business discussed.</p><p>New Business:</p><p>Station 2 construction bills were presented for approval – Columbia Associates $1,576.41 and Thomas Construction $140,312.49. Director Martin made a motion to accept and pay the bills as presented. All approved. Motion passed unanimously. </p><p>Chief Dorhauer reported that piers and footings have been poured, majority of the left side has been poured and they are setting steel today. Radiant heat will be installed tomorrow, weather permitting. The building is due in next week and we’re still looking at a July 1 move-in. </p><p>There was a general discussion of the new firehouse as well as staff and officer meeting schedules. </p><p>Ron Duggan appeared representing the Shootout.
