<p> TOWN OF TIMNATH, COLORADO</p><p>NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF RIVERBEND SUBDIVISION </p><p>PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings before the Timnath Planning Commission and Town Council at the following dates, time and place:</p><p>17th day of March, 2015 – Planning Commission Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. and 24th day of March, 2015 – Town Council Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. Timnath Administration Building 4800 Goodman Street Timnath, Colorado</p><p>The hearings are for the purpose of taking public comment on a proposed Final Plat application to subdivide real property in accordance with the Timnath Municipal Land Use Code.</p><p>Subdivide 66.23 acres into 9 lots, 3 tracts and 1 Outlot. 3 Lots will be for the future Poudre Fire Authority Fire Station, Timnath Police Station and Timnath Town Hall. The other 6 lots/tracts will be for future commercial development or mixed-use development.
