<p> SHEFFIELD & SOUTH YORKSHIRE AREA</p><p>Sponsored Walk and Sing Saturday 24th October: 9.30 am – 3.30 pm</p><p>Starting at All Saints Church, Wath and finishing at Holy Trinity Church, Wentworth</p><p>This is a great opportunity to get to know other church musicians in the area as you walk and sing together. Discover the rural splendour of the Wath and Wentworth area and learn more about the Earls Fitzwilliam and the Fitzwilliam Estate. We will be singing at five different churches and two follies along the route. The whole walk is around 5 miles and not particularly strenuous, but it is also possible to walk shorter distances as long as we know which sections you wish to walk in advance. </p><p>Walk to raise money for the music and worship of your church. Everybody welcome Timetable for the day :</p><p>From 9.00 am Arrivals at All Saints Church, Wath & checking in 9.30 am Sing at All Saints and walk to West Melton United Reform Church 10.15 am Sing at URC and walk to Christ Church, Brampton Bierlow 10.45 am Coffee and sing at Christ Church 11.15 am Walk to Hoober Stand 11.45 am Sing at Hoober Stand and walk to Needle’s Eye 12.15 pm Sing at Needle’s Eye and walk into Wentworth, taking in views of Wentworth House on the way</p><p>1.15 – 2.15 pm Lunch Break (Bring a packed lunch or buy lunch in village)</p><p>2.15 pm Gather for guided tour and sing at Wentworth Old Church 2.45 pm Walk across for a final sing in Wentworth Church 3.15 pm Signing of forms and checking out 3.30 pm Depart </p><p>N.B. These times are approximate, but we will do our best to keep to this schedule.</p><p>Music will be provided on the day.</p><p>Cars can be left in the Car Park beside All Saints, Wath or in the drive by Wentworth Church. We will have extra vehicles available to transport people back to their cars at the end of the walk.</p><p>For health and safety reasons, ALL WALKERS MUST BE REGISTERED BEFOREHAND. ALL YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a responsible adult. Please return the attached Registration Form by Monday 19th October</p><p>Please wear stout footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather. If it rains, there is no plan B! A qualified First Aider will be walking with us.</p><p>A sponsor form is enclosed with this mailing. Please photocopy further copies as necessary.
