<p> Packing List for Mainland Camp</p><p>Campers should bring a range of clothes for warm days and cool nights. All belongings should be marked with your child’s name. This includes luggage, towels, and all personal items. You may want to include a check list of your child’s belongings. </p><p>Our mainland program is designed to encourage campers to participate in the experience of the community. Please do not pack electronic devices. Cell phones may be used during travel for those riding the bus. Cell phones will be checked in to our Canteen during registration and returned at the end of the week. </p><p>Recommended Packing List:</p><p> Required medications (medications must be in original containers - this include over-the-counter drugs as well.)  Pillow and bedding (sleeping bag or sheets/blanket)  Warm jacket or sweater  Personal items & toiletries  Several changes of clothing, including clothing for all situations (pack clothes for cold, buggy weather)  Swimsuit (modest in design) and towel  Water bottle (available for purchase in the canteen)  Walking/running shoes (close-toed)  Water shoes, sandals (flip-flops are not adequate)  Bible, paper, and pencil (if necessary, a Bible can be provided for the week)  Flashlight with batteries  Sunscreen and Insect Repellent (non-aerosol)  Raingear</p><p>Optional Items:</p><p> Hat  Camera  Fishing pole / tackle - no MI fishing license necessary for those 16 and under  $15-$40 for camp clothing or merchandise, if desired.  $15-$25 for mission project, canteen snacks, crafts, and ski boat activities (we charge $4 per tube or banana boat ride) - All money is banked in the canteen and any amount left is returned at the end of the week to the camper Items not to bring to the camp</p><p>Please do not pack the following:</p><p> Any foods with peanut or nut ingredients (for allergy safety)  Electronics  Knives, weapons, sharp objects, lighters, or matches  Alcohol or illegal drugs</p><p> Personal sports equipment</p><p>Any such belongings, along with any money, will be collected by the staff at the beginning of the week and locked away until the end of the week when they will be returned to the camper.</p><p>If riding the bus to / from camp:</p><p>Please send money ($20 total) for a lunch stop on each end of the trip. The camp bus stops at Hardee’s for lunch on both trips. If returning on the bus, we will set aside $10 in the Canteen for lunch on the way home.</p><p>Sending camper mail:</p><p>You may correspond with your camper by mail or email. If sending a package, please do not include any prohibited items (such as snacks with peanuts or nuts in them).</p><p>Camper Name Covenant Point Bible Camp 358 W.
