Control Tower Road, Englewood, CO 80112 GMM-103 Orig. 04/30/2012</p><p>Timeline Tasks</p><p>Daily Tasks  Monitor aircraft utilization (by reference to the FltOps database) and adjust established MX schedule accordingly.  Monitor fleet due list. Check for ADs and review overall plan.  Monitor FltOps database for changes.  Monitor Airworthiness Release status system; ensure releases were issued properly and have the proper status items listed.  Monitor Short Term Escalations and Extensions. Plan accordingly. GMM 5.7 Weekly Tasks  DETAILED PLANNING REVIEW – Thursday/Friday – Review the status and utilization of the fleet. Prepare all applicable maintenance planning reports and establish next week’s schedule. Coordinate with the DOM and the Parts Manager; adjust schedule as necessary and ensure parts will be available for scheduled events. Monthly Tasks  MONTHLY PLANNING REVIEW – 1st Business Day – Review the status of the fleet’s calendar limited items. Prepare the Calendar Items Report and establish a tentative schedule for compliance of calendar items to be used during detailed planning reviews. Quarterly Tasks  FLEET AD COMPLIANCE REVIEW – 1st Business Day – check Avantext reports against FltOps tracking to ensure continuity between systems and to check effectiveness of scheduled AD reviews. Annual Tasks  ANNUAL SCHEDULE FORECAST – 1st Business Day – Prepare the following reports: 700 hour/cycle and 365 day fleet forecast, engine events list, and propeller events list. Prepare a list of major aircraft events (such as airframe retirement items), major engine events (such as hot section inspections, CAM events, overhauls, LRU events, etc.), and major propeller events (overhauls). Provide list to accounting department for their annual planning.</p><p>Miscellaneous</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities  Assists in coordinating the overall strategy for implementation of ADs.  Works closely with Maintenance Control to effectively schedule KLA aircraft into and out of Maintenance to synchronize with the KLA flight operations schedule.</p>
