YES/NO If Yes, Electric is an extra $10</p><p>I agree to the Terms and Conditions of the 1st Saturday in Seaford (on the following page):</p><p>______Date: ______</p><p>Make checks or money order payable to: SEAFORD TOMORROW</p><p>Mail Registration form and payment to: </p><p>SEAFORD TOMORROW PO Box 26 Seaford, DE 19973 ************************************************************************************************** For Office Use Only: Date Rec’d- ______Payment amount- $______CC/Check/M.O.# ______Date Notified ______</p><p>TERMS AND CONDITIONS</p><p>* 1st SEAFORD IN SEAFORD IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT NO REFUNDS* </p><p>Set-up:  You will be assigned a space in advance of the event.  You are required to bring your own tents or canopies or umbrellas, tables and chairs.  Set-up begins Saturday at 10:00 a.m. You must be set-up by 11:45 a.m.  You will be directed to your space by an Event staff member.  Vehicles are to be parked in the designated Vendor Parking area.  You will be permitted to have a small trailer or pick-up in your space if you sell produce or home canned goods.  Keep space free of tripping hazards and trash.  Securely anchor tents, canopies and /or umbrellas.</p><p>Take- down:  Vendors are required to stay the full length of the 1st Saturday in Seaford event.  Take-down begins at 5:00 p.m.  Spaces must be left free of trash and debris.  Vehicles, trailers, tents, canopies, umbrellas or equipment etc. are not permitted to be left overnight after the event is over on Saturday.</p><p>Vendor requirements:  You are responsible for any licenses, permits, etc. required by the State of Delaware, Sussex County or the City of Seaford to sell at the event.</p><p>All vendors will be promptly notified of the receipt of their required Registration documents and payment.
