<p> Curriculum Vitae Donald Waters Insurance Examiner Federal Insurance & Mitigation Administration National Flood Insurance Program</p><p>Previously Donald served as a contractor to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) working for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). He had more than 30 years of overall claims experience.
