Résumé or Curriculum Vitae 3. One short essay (not to exceed 5, double-spaced, typed pages) that covers your:  Philosophy on leadership and ethics  Philosophy on teaching and learning 4. Letters of recommendation from three professional associates, one of which must be from someone within the organization/system that you currently work in. Letters must address the applicant’s teaching and/or leadership qualities. Letters may be submitted electronically or hard-copy. 5. Official, unopened transcripts from each college or university attended.  All applicants must have been awarded, at minimum, a baccalaureate degree. (We prefer a minimum GPA of 3.0, on a four-point scale) 6. GRE assessment with a minimum score of 1000 or equivalent score on an equivalent standardized test (e.g. PRAXIS, LSAT, GMAT)  Applicants with an earned graduate degree are NOT required to submit these scores 7.
