Security will monitor the hallways to ensure students remain in their assigned rooms after lights out. Security will provide a written report to the adult chaperones each morning. Payment Schedule</p><p> Friday, September 23, 2016: $250 Non-Refundable Deposit Due  Friday, November 18, 2016: $250 Second Payment Due  Friday, January 13, 2017 – Remaining Balance Due </p><p>Refund Policy</p><p>All deposits are non-refundable. </p><p>After September 23, a deposit will be sent to the travel company Groups on Tour, who will then secure hotel rooms, park admission tickets, and meal vouchers for the students. </p>
