<p> February 2017, Career & Technical Education Conference </p><p>EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION</p><p>Dates/Times:</p><p>Exhibitor tables will be open Tuesday, February 7, 2017, 7am-5pm </p><p>Location:</p><p>Hilton Garden Inn & Manhattan Conference Center 410 S. 3rd Street Manhattan, KS 66502 Phone: (785) 532-9116</p><p>Set-Up:</p><p>Exhibitors may begin set-up on Monday, February 6 at 3pm. All materials must be removed by Wednesday, February 8 at 1pm. </p><p>The hotel and conference staff are not responsible for the safety of exhibits and materials left unattended. Exhibitor is responsible for their materials and the methods of display, please do not affix anything to the walls/floor without consulting with hotel staff. Exhibitor may incur an additional charge if any portion of their display causes damage to hotel property. </p><p>All exhibitor tables include electrical access and free high-speed wireless internet. </p><p>Shipping/Packages:</p><p>Please make sure if you are shipping packages to the hotel that they are labeled properly. We suggest that you ship them to arrive no more than three (3) business days prior to Feb. 7. Please have all packages clearly labeled with your name, the name of event/group, and date of event. Meals for two individuals provided during conference. Exhibitor name will be listed in promotional materials.</p><p>Exhibitor, Two Six-Foot Table - $500 fee. Meals for two individuals provided during conference. Exhibitor name will be listed in promotional materials.</p><p>Sponsor - $1,000 fee. Sponsor will receive two six-foot exhibit tables. Meals for four individuals are provided. Sponsor name will be listed in promotional materials. A promotional write-up, flier and/or link to exhibitor’s webpage will be provided on the conference website. An ad for the Sponsor may run on a loop on the screens prior to any general sessions. Please submit information for website and ad to conference staff at least two weeks prior to the event. </p><p>Elite Sponsor - $3,000 +. Elite Sponsor will receive all of the Sponsor benefits plus: an opportunity to present a one-hour breakout session and a full-page ad in the conference program. Elite Sponsor may choose to make an in-kind donation of comparable value to the fee (i.e. sponsor an evening reception, provide conference gift to all attendees, etc.) or make a larger donation for increased involvement in conference activities.
