<p> DRL Lab 1-1</p><p>SL 10 Trace Elements Solution 1 Liter</p><p>Ingredient 1 L</p><p>Milli-Q H2O 800 ml</p><p>Use iron FeCl2 * 4 H2O 1.5 g contaminated beaker, stir bar, 7.7M HCl 10 ml and disposable pipettes. CoCl2 * 6 H2O 0.006 g</p><p>Protect solution MnCl2 * 4 H2O 0.036 g from light 1. Put HCl in a beaker with ZnCl2 0.024 g a stir bar H3BO3 0.002 g 2. Add FeCl2 Na2MnO4 * 2 H2O 0.19 g 3. Allow to mix and NiCl2 * 6 H2O 0.1 g dissolve CuCl * 2 H O 0.07 g completely 4. Add 800 2 2 ml milli-Q Complete volume with Milli-Q H O to 1000 ml water 2 into a beaker with a stir bar 5. Add all other ingredients 6. Allow to mix and dissolve completely 7. Adjust pH to 6.0 8. Complete volume with milli-Q water in a graduated cylinder</p>
