<p>2423 – Military Leave</p><p>Military Training The College is proud to employ certain individuals who are members of the National Guard or are military reservists. In recognition of the valuable role these reservists play in the protection of the people of the United States, the College shall grant leave for military training dates. Additionally, the College shall pay its full-time and regular part- time employees the difference between their regular daily rate of pay and the daily rate of pay received from the military during such training. To be eligible, proof of training dates and training pay will be required through the Office of Human Resources.</p><p>Active Duty Status The General Leave of Absence procedure shall apply to National Guard or military reservists who are called to active duty.</p><p>(Based on policy 1410; revised and approved by President on 11-6-06)</p>
