Please bring your completed and signed Volleyball BC Membership Waiver and Travel Consent forms (forms will be emailed to you after we receive your acceptance to play on this team) together with your deposit cheque in the amount of $350. </p><p>Page 1 Practices: The first practice will be on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Regular practices will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 – 6:30 at OKAA and on Sundays when not playing in a competition. We are unable to rent OKAA from March 13 – 26 so we have re-scheduled practices at First Lutheran during that time. Please note, during that time period your practices may not be at the same time as your regular practices. A practice schedule will be posted on the KVC website before the end of December. </p><p>Season Game Schedule: </p><p>January 29 Okanagan League – Kamloops February 5 Okanagan League – Kelowna February 12 KVC Play Day - Kelowna March 12 Okanagan League – Vernon March 18-19 Super Spike Tournament – Kelowna April 8 (Saturday) Okanagan Championship – Kelowna April 28-30 (Friday - Sunday) Provincial Championship – Abbotsford</p><p>Season Fee: to be determined – in the range of $615 - $670. Deposit of $350 is due by Dec. 31/16 (bring a post-dated cheque to the team meeting). The remainder of the season fee is due on Feb.1/17. </p><p>The season fee includes the following:</p><p>- Volleyball Canada and B.C. registration fees ($57.00)</p><p>- Training: skill development, practices, gym facilities</p><p>- Team clinic session in January with Jon Rowe, Coach at Center of Excellence</p><p>- Club Gear: Uniform, Warmup shirt; Club T-Shirt</p><p>- Team tournament fees to League Days, Super Series tournament, Okanagan Championship, & Provincials</p><p>- Team travel and hotel accommodation to Provincials in Abbotsford. The team travels together in rented vehicles.
