<p>Julio-Claudian Emperor Facebook Project</p><p>For this project, you will be making a Facebook page for one of the important (but often under-recognized) Emperors of Rome.</p><p>STEP 1: RESEARCH In groups, you will research websites specified to the emperor you choose in order to fill in his profile page. You will need to research information about the emperor’s life, time as emperor, interactions with others, etc. (Information for this will be found in the following steps.)</p><p>STEP 2: EDIT PROFILE You will then edit the profile page according to the following criteria: 1. The Emperors Name 2. A Profile Picture 3. Some information about his personal life (family, appearance, etc.) 4. Length of time as Emperor 5. How he came to power 6. What he is most famous for 7. At least 3 things that interested him 8. At least 3 “friends”- people he was connected to 9. How he died</p><p>STEP 3: POSTINGS After you fill out the profile information, you will need to make at least 2 posts on the emperor’s wall. These posts should include: 1. A video from YouTube concerning the emperor that is at least 30 seconds (make sure you review it before posting it). 2. A link to a website concerning one of the emperor’s interests (make sure you review it before posting it).</p><p>STEP 4: CONVERSATION You will also be required to create a conversation between the emperor and one of his “friends.” This should include factual information about an important event or incident relevant to the emperor’s life or reign as emperor.
