<p>Appendix B: Images of the onset nucleation</p><p>Appendix B: Images of the onset nucleation</p><p>The experiments are carried out using newly developed experimental set up to investigate the ice nucleation properties of mineral dust particles. The ice nucleation of dust particles is observed by optical microscopy and images are saved. In this section a time series of images taken by the microscope while performing one of many onset nucleation experiments are presented (refer Chapter 4 and 7 for the experimental procedure and results). </p><p>The dimensions of images are 125x94 micron.
