Altogether 14 SDEs having less than 3 years of service to retire are posted to other Circles on DE Regular promotion. In earlier occasions, Executives retiring within 3 years of service are posted in the same Circles. This practice was followed to facilitate the Executives to join back in the parent Circles after two years of service, atleast 6 to 8 months prior to their retirement so that they can complete the paper work for retirement from the parent Circle.
