<p> Terminology Browser Applications Weekly Status Report (01/31/2009-01/06/2009) NCI Center for Bioinformatics and Information Technology</p><p>1. Key Accomplishments For each Subproject list all accomplishments with associated GForge Reference </p><p>1.1. Report Writer . [#17713] Implement the BDA Process o Completed review of “Architectural Review Check List” with systems team. o Completed initial build script changes to allow build / deployment using properties files. o Completed deployment to a DEV server. o Completed (Steve H.) local deployment in preparation for QA deployment. He is currently testing locally. </p><p>. Conducted Code Review on configuration files and build scripts.</p><p>. Fixed a bug that was causing ArrayIndexOutOfBoundException:0 in report writer . Fixed a bug that was causing exception in logout function implementation . Fixed all broken links in report writer web pages . Identified a redundant config file and deleted it from svn . General cleanup of report writer code</p><p>2. Production Support For each Subproject list ANY Production support and along with the associated GForge Reference . None</p><p>3. Meetings List ALL Meeting attended in support of all associated Subprojects . 02/02/2009 – NCI report writer code . 02/03/2009 – Report Writer Status Meeting.</p><p>4. Planned Activities: For each Subproject list the activities/tasks (with associated GForge Trackers where appropriate) planned for the upcoming weeks. . Deploying to DEV environment. . Pre-QA Testing</p><p>5. Issues and Recommended Resolutions: List general issues/concerns/risks associated this project team. Items could cross all subprojects or may specific to an individual subproject. Proposed recommendation should be described when available. . None.</p>
