With a total stock of over 19811 Books in the subject area of Port Management, Cargo Handling, Dredging, Container Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety, Multi Model Transportation and Reference Books. The library receives over 65 Periodicals.</p><p>Databases : To achieve the objective of dissemination of Port related information, the library has developed Chennai Port Library Information Service (CIPOLIS) Database, Grey Literature Information Service Seminar Proceedings (GREYLISSP) Database and Chennai Port Library Abstract Service (CIPOLAS) Database.</p><p>Digital Library: Chennai Port Library is collecting digital form of books and articles in the subject area of Port, Container Terminal, Dredging, Port Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering and Medical science for the better service to the readers. Access to Internet: Readers can access online resources free of charges.</p><p>Library Hours: 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m (Monday – Saturday) (except 2nd & 4th Saturdays)</p>
