<p> Worship Committee </p><p>Members and terms: (years) Pam Fredrickson (3), Phil Sallberg (3), Barb Roseen (2), Sandi Beito (2), Debbie Carlson (1), Pam Hetteen (1) and Norm Berg </p><p>Meetings: Our goal is to meet monthly with Pastor Don and develop the worship plans for the next month and then focus our energy on achieving our longer term objectives.</p><p>Worship Committee Mission Statement: The Worship Committee of FULC is to work closely with the Pastor and Board of Deacons to accomplish the following:  Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all worship activities.  Develop worship formats and schedules that will reach out and inspire spiritual growth for the youth, young families, the elderly and the unchurched in our community.  Insure that all worship is grounded in the Biblical Truth of God’s Word.  Measure our progress by monitoring participation and requesting feedback from each targeted group so that we can continue to evolve our worship formats to fully achieve the FULC Purpose Statement. </p><p>2011 Worship Committee Goals:</p><p>1. Work with Pastor Don to develop worship formats that are true to our Purpose Statement and provide spiritual growth and inspiration to our members, visitors and the unchurched. 2. Divide our members into seven Worship Teams that will be responsible for getting greeters, ushers, readers, service leaders and individuals to serve coffee during fellowship for two alternating months of the year. The Worship Committee will have a liaison to each Worship Team to help them organize and answer questions. The goal is to get more people involved in serving each other and the Lord. 3. To work with the Board of Deacons and Pastor Don to identify our greatest opportunities for outreach in our community and determine what worship format would be most effective in terms of reaching them. 4. Begin planning for a second worship service to deal with our expected growth and opportunities for outreach. </p><p>Note: We need your input.
