Andersen Memorial Scholarship</p><p>Amount: $1,700 ($850 each semester) Availability: Annually</p><p>Who Should Apply</p><p> Business administration, management, marketing, economics, computer science, or information systems majors </p><p>Criteria  Cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher  Full-time student standing (12+ credits) during the Fall 2015 & Spring 2016 semesters  Financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)  Preference given to students from a Wisconsin agricultural background  Preference given to female students</p><p>Scholarship may be awarded on a renewal basis, if a 3.25 GPA is maintained for each academic year at UW-Eau Claire up to a maximum of four academic years</p><p>Application Procedures</p><p>Please submit the following information to the College of Business Scholarship Committee, Schneider Hall 110 by Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 4 PM:</p><p> Completed application form (see the reverse side of this announcement)  Advising (unofficial) academic transcript  Resume  Brief narrative explaining why applicant is applying for the Helen B. Andersen Memorial Scholarship and what distinguishes her application from others. The successful applicant will illustrate her potential for success in her chosen field of study. Please list any agricultural background information.</p><p>An incomplete application packet will disqualify a student from scholarship consideration.</p><p>Selection Procedures The College of Business Scholarship Committee selects the award recipient.</p><p>Notification By letter.</p><p>Special Notes The Helen B. Andersen Memorial Scholarship was created by Roger A. Andersen, son of Helen B. Andersen. Scholarship recipients should direct a letter of appreciation to Mr. Roger A.
