<p> 2014 HORSE SHOW CONTRACT GIRLS BARREL RACING ASSOCIATION OF INDIANA</p><p>The purpose of this contract is to form a basis for an understanding between G.B.R.A od Indiana, and the______, (show committee) for the conduct of the barrel racing and pole bending events to be held at the ______Grounds on______(date) at ______o’clock. This is to be a G.B.R.A of Indiana approved show. The G.B.R.A classes will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the association. The points earned by placing in the top ten of the classes will count towards the year-end awards. The G.B.R.A of Indiana Agrees to: 1. Take our own entry fees, draw for positions, and figure our own payback. 2. Assist where ever possible in advertising the show. 3. Pay back the show committee 50 cents per entry for each GBRA class. (This will be paid at the conclusion of the show) </p><p>The Show Committee Agrees to: 1. Provide a purse as decided by the G.B.R.A of Indiana and the above show committee. (No go-round will extend into the second day unless specifically approved by the G.B.R.A of Indiana) 2. Provide an announcer, Tractor driver, Set up barrels and poles as stated in the general rules of the association, or barrels will be set according to the size of the arena. The G.B.R.A of Indiana reserves the right to change the course of the barrels and poles according to the ground conditions. 3. Add a minimum of $25.00 to the purse for the girl’s barrel class per day. 4. Add a minimum of $25.00 to the purse for the girl’s pole bending class per day. (This will be paid at the conclusion of the show) 5. Add a G.B.R.A Pee Wee barrel class to the show bill (3 class’s total). 6. Riders will be allowed to run into arena during the G.B.R.A of Indiana classes as stated in our rules. </p><p>The G.B.R.A of Indiana and the Show Committee Mutually Agree to: 1. Cooperate in putting on these events so as to increase public interest. 2.
