<p>UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/06/18 13 REG. SESS. 13 RS BR 1721</p><p>A RESOLUTION memorializing Thelma Fearin Marshall and adjourning the House of Representatives in her loving memory and honor. WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was a native daughter of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, born in Pleasureville, Kentucky; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was the loving and beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Etta Doyle Fearin; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was the loving and beloved wife of Robert Marshall for 65 years; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was the loving and beloved mother of Glenda Flack, Philip Marshall, Chuck Marshall, Theresa Marshall, Carla Sims, Sheila Marshall, and also Martha Marshall, who preceded her in death; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was the loving and beloved grandmother of Robbie Prater, Kelly Prater, Carrie Marshall Hunt, Alisha Marshall Arrasmith, Lindsay Marshall Phillips, Darin Payne, Tracy Payne, Sarah Marshall, Robert Tyler Marshall, Olivia Sims, and Leah Beth Sims; and great-grandmother of eleven; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was the loving and beloved sister of Geneva Glanton, Bonnie Hickerson, Wanda Gardner, Clarence "June" Fearin, and also D.M. Fearin, R.T. Fearin, Mary Fearin Gardner, Delores Fearin Parker, and Lorene Stanfield, who preceded her in death; and</p><p>WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall also wore the mantle of loving and beloved mother-in-law and sister-in-law; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was known to all as a kind person and good neighbor; and WHEREAS, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall was a devout member of Beechburg Christian Holiness Church; and WHEREAS, on March 2, 2013, Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall's Lord and Savior extended His hand and called her to her Heavenly reward for a life lived in His service;</p><p>Page 1 of 2 BR172100.100 - 1721 - 5595 Jacketed UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/06/18 13 REG. SESS. 13 RS BR 1721</p><p>NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:</p><p>Section 1. The House of Representatives does hereby express its most profound sense of sorrow and proffers its sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall on the bittersweet occasion of her passing to her great reward.</p><p>Section 2. When the House of Representatives adjourns this day, it does so in loving memory and honor of Thelma "Pickle" Fearin Marshall.</p><p>Section 3.
