The monthly parking rate has been set at the current prevailing rate, and MPS reserves the right to increase the rate at any time with a minimum of thirty (30) days notice by posting new rates on the lot or other means of notification. Patrons will be invoiced in advance by e mail or U.S. mail on or around the 10th of each month for the following month with payment due and payable on the 1st of the month. (i.e. Payment for July is due by July 1.) Payment is considered past due on the 10th of the month. A late fee of $15.00 will be applied to each late payment. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $25.00 per return item, plus a $15.00 late fee. 2. MPS encourages all customers to pay the monthly fee by credit card where applicable. Upon receipt of a signed credit card authorization agreement, the company will charge your credit card on or around the 1st day of each month for the next month’s parking fee. 3. Monthly hang tags will be mailed or distributed to customers on or around the 20th of each month for the following month. Past due fees are subject to collection and enforcement at the parking location. 4. The various parking locations are private property, and patrons park at their own risk at all times. MPS, the parking lot owner or the parking lot manager shall not be held responsible for theft or damage to individuals or vehicles parked on the property. To reduce the chance of theft or damage, personal items should be placed out of sight. Be sure to lock your car doors. 5. This agreement can be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days advanced written notice. Payment is required through the end of the thirty day cancellation period. Parking privileges will be provoked immediately upon failure to pay or upon violation of parking rules and regulations as posted from time to time at the various parking locations. 5. Monthly hang-tags cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
