<p>SCHOOL PERMISSION REQUEST LETTER To use your school in your action research study, you will need to get a signed release form from your principal. We cannot publish any studies about a school without a signed release form from your principal. [Insert a brief description of your study, e.g. “My study focuses on the impact of technology in the classroom at Riverside High School.” The audience for the study is teachers and teacher educators.”] We would appreciate your permission to use this work about [school name] in any published material that includes this work and in all languages and in all media and excerpts of the material, including use for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes.</p><p>[Provide a description of the material you need permission to print, along with a copy of the material.]</p><p>Two copies of this request are enclosed.
