<p>Amongst the several items that disappeared during the recent refurbishment of level 4, is a mounted photograph "Miner's Cottage: Walhalla" which had hung on the wall of room 407 for nigh on 30 years. The photo, by Terry Lane, was approximately 2.0 x 1.3 metre, and was mounted on a solid backing. It was, for the larger part of the period of the refurbishment, in the 1st-year Astro. lab., but had disappeared by the time my new location (R412) had been determined.</p><p>If some one has recognised this as a desirable object d'art , and has acquired it, I will be happy. If it has been discarded by a philistine, I will be quite saddened. However, if it has simply been relocated and remains intact, I would be pleased to have it returned.</p><p>If you know of its whereabouts, please let me know.-</p><p>MaxT</p>
